Try out this delicious smoothie bowl!
We need proteins and healthy fats which makes this meal replacement smoothie perfect for those busy days when you have limited time to eat a healthy balanced lunch.

- ½ Cup of Organic frozen raspberry
- 1 Banana medium size
- 2 Medjool dates
- ⅓ Tablespoon Raw Organic Maca Powder
- 1 Tablespoon of Raw Organic Cacao Powder
- 1 Tablespoon of Chia seeds
- 1 Cup of fresh homemade almond milk
- 1 Tablespoon Organic Shredded Unsweetened Coconut to spread on top
Blend all together, use at least one frozen fruit for better texture. Serve in a bowl and “Listo!”!!
